Refund policy

1. General Information

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Favoryte online store, operated by 3WAY d.o.o., Zbiljska cesta 4, 1215, Slovenia, company registration number: 6309747000, VAT ID: SI32217137 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

2. Custom-Made and Personalized Products

All Favoryte products are custom-made and personalized based on the customer’s submitted photo, configuration, or specifications.

According to EU consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal within 14 days does not apply to:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • Returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
  • Refunds are not provided for correctly produced custom products.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

  • the product arrives damaged,
  • the product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • the customer receives the wrong item.

Reporting deadline

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

4. Resolution Options

If the claim is confirmed, the Provider will, at its discretion:

  • send a free replacement, or
  • issue a full or partial refund.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be granted if:

  • the issue results from incorrect photo, text, or configuration provided by the customer,
  • the customer’s subjective dissatisfaction with appearance or style,
  • normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
